We contacted them a week before we’re about to go to Vietnam but they were able to arrange all the accommodation, tours, and transfer for us in a timely manner. Our one week in Vietnam going to Sapa, Ninh Binh, Halong Bay, and Hanoi was an amazing experience for us.
