Step 1: Please contact us via WhatsApp or click contact us to send us an inquiry.
Step 2: We will reply immediately or contact you back according to the information you left. Discuss further with you to clarify your needs and desires for your trip.
We will then design a schedule specifically for you. Once completed within 24 hours, we will send it to you for your review. The document includes: Trip schedule, explanations, prices of the entire trip, and other notes.
If you want to adjust or change, we will continue to complete it. and send it back to you again, finally the final program will be released.
Step 3: Once you agree with the itinerary and price, you will proceed to make a deposit for the trip. Once we receive the deposit for the trip, we will immediately start booking your trip services such as restaurants, hotels, tour guides... to ensure everything is arranged with the highest level of quality.
Note: While waiting for your departure date, if you have any changes to your original plans, please notify us immediately so we can support you to the best of our ability.
How do I pay for the package?
1st Deposit Payments
50% payment after booking is confirmed with trip details agreed upon by both parties.
We will start to make the booking and arrange the services for your holidays from now on.
Payment can be made by Credit Card/ Bank Transfer/ PayPal
Final Payment (upon arrival)
Our agent will meet you at the hotel and collect the balance (50%)
Payment can be made in Cash or by Credit card.
If you don’t want to bring cash much to pay the remaining balance, you can pay by Bank Transfer/ Credit card 7 days before arrival.
