I used to think the trip would be normal the same as before but actually, it was out of my expectation. Everything was arranged perfectly, which is the big reason that helped me immerse 100% in the culture from North to South. Next time, I will go with My family on another trip of New Asia Tours

<strong>Good travel agency in Hanoi---New Asia Tour</strong> The agency cares so much for our 7 days trip (Hanoi, Sapa & Halong Bay) made our 1st trip to Vietnam a joyous and unforgettable. Meals served were delicious and typical.The agency also arranged a fascinating jeep tour in Hanoi which is an eye opening for us. The agency even took us to the places of interest which was not included in our package. This made us want to come back again with the agency.

<strong>Excellent private tours! They work hard to get you all you ask for and more!</strong> Excellent!!! We had a family of 6 and wanted to see Hanoi and Halong Bay. I said we wanted a private tour and they totally delivered! Halong Bay - the port was super crowded with tourists, but our guide got us right through to a private boat. They extended our tour so we could go to a little more remote fishing village and we were the only tourists there! We were able to kayak around the area and then did a short hike in a nearby cave. The whole day was amazing and one we will remember for a very long time!! Hanoi - Lam took us to so many great spots that were more local than touristy! Private water puppet experience, local egg coffee shop, amazing Pho restaurant for lunch, walk around Old Town and even sat with us at local place for a couple of beers! The hotel he booked for us was first-rate and so much better than the original one I had picked just based on reviews.

<strong>Excellent Tour Guide and Travel Plans</strong> Feb 2024 • Solo Lam was great to work with for my most recent trip in Vietnam. My family first met him on a trip years ago, and he was an excellent and knowledgable tour guide. He explained all the sites well and knew all the best local food places. He also provided extra help with knowing local services like laundry. Two years ago when some relatives of mine went back to Vietnam, they specifically sought to get in touch with Lam again. When I came back to Vietnam this year, I did the same. Lam arranged all my transportation, and everything went smoothly with no issues. Drivers were reliable and friendly, and Lam even managed to do this for me during the Tet holiday season. He personally showed up at the hotel to give my family some new years gifts (mung bean candies that my family likes from a very specific vendor), which was above and beyond. I highly recommend Lam's services! Great tour operator for northern Vietnam!

<strong>Wonderful trip to the Northern highlands at Mu Cang Chai</strong> Apr 2024 • Couples We booked a 3 day tour to Mu Cang Chai to see the rice fields and the mountains there. A very nice driver in a large and comfortable limousine picked us up at the hotel on time and took us to the mountains where we met our guide. Both were extremely nice, courteous and were able to tell us a lot about the area, the people and especially the local cuisine. The accommodation we got booked was very clean and pleasant and the food was excellent. We would do a tour with New Asia Tours again at any time. Highly recommended.

<strong>A great trip to Pu Luong (Thanh Hoa province)</strong> Mar 2024 • Family I had a vacation with my family to Pu Luong (Thanh Hoa province) on March 31, 2024. New Asia Tour company organized the private tour for 5 of us. It was an amazing trip which I am very thankful for. The company listened to my request and organized the tour to meet my expectations and fitted in my busy business schedule. We stayed at the Pu Luong Riverside Retreat, it was a very relaxing resort. I enjoyed the dawn on the mountains with very calming moment blended in the wilderness and mist of the mountain and beautiful forest. We enjoyed the time climbing up the bat cave, walking in the flea market with locals and minority Thai ethnicity group. Although it was only 1 day trip vacation, we enjoyed every minute - we laughed, talked, climbed up to the cave, bamboo boating along the stream, trekking to the deep valley to see a remarkable sightseeing of ladder rice fields, local foods, cute handmade scarves and souvenirs from Thai people. The local tourist guide was very good and knowledgeable as well. The bus driver is excellent skillful in driving us on the very challenged routes to the mountains. I highly recommend the excellent service, hospitality of New Asia Tours company.

<strong>Highly recommended!</strong> Joined the Majestic 15 days Vietnam tour started from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi. <strong>Best trip</strong> Feb 2024 • Family We just finished our 12 days tour “Charming Vietnam package tour”. It was so great! All accommodations were absolutely nice. Flights and transportation were in time and good quality. Vietnamese people are very positive and benevolent. Our tour guide Lam was best friend of our family during the trip.

<strong>All-rounded trip planned for you</strong> Very well planned 7-day trip. These past 7 days were utilised to its fullest, covering hilly places, lakes, historical exhibitions, villages and cities. Not only had I experienced things I hadn't before, I also got to learn quite a bit about the history and culture of Vietnam. My favourite part was definitely the jeep tour, where they brought us around the streets and backalleys of Hanoi, while passing-by must-see tourist spots in the area. In that tour, we were offered to have some drinks while having a train passing by literally, and even got to hear stories from a war veteran. I'd recommend this tour agency, yes.
